Order Instructions
Please Note:
The token money of ₹500.00 is non-refundable. Once the order is placed, our executive will call the customer within 24 hours to understand the requirement in detail, explain our manufacturing process, and provide the total cost of the project. The executive will seek consent to use the photo of the sculpture, as well as any future installation photos on our website and social media platforms. Once the customer agrees, they will receive an email and WhatsApp message with the agreed terms, total cost, payment terms, and a consent form explaining the use of the photos.
If the photos uploaded by the customer are not clear, our executive may request another photo with clarity. The photo sent by the customer will be final, and the same color and design of the dress will be used for painting on the sculpture. Once the photos are finalized and the customer agrees to the terms and price, the executive will send the payment link to collect the first installment. Once the first installment is collected, the executive will send the order ID with an invoice showing the total value of the project and the amount collected on different installments with dates and the remaining amount to be collected with tentative dates.
Caution:
If the custom sculpture is of a different size than the regular size of 24”-30”, our executive might need to buy time from the customer to quote the exact price and delivery timeline. Once the customer agrees to the quoted price, delivery timeline, and terms, the executive will follow the steps as above.
Our executive will keep the customer posted about the progress with photos and videos. They can also seek an appointment for a tentative date and time from the customer by coordinating with the vendor to review the clay sculpture before making the plaster of Paris mold to create the final sculpture. Once the clay sculpture is completed, the executive can request a final review by the customer by arranging a video call with proper lighting at the vendor site.

- At the time of Booking - ₹500.00
- First Installment (Post Discussion) - 30%
- Second Installment (Post Clay Sculpture Finalization) - 50%
- Final Installment (Final Sculpture Before Delivery) - 20%
